When talking about which is the best league I think La Liga is clearly the best at the moment. Just looking at their results in Europe in recent years it's really hard to argue against it.

Serie A, Bundesliga and Premier league are of similar quality and it only comes down to preference again. When comparing Serie A and Bundesliga I see lot of similarities both have one great team that dominates the league plus one team who possesses some threat to that team (in BL Dortmund and in Serie A Milan/Roma/Napoli in different campaigns). I'd say Napoli and Dortmund are of similar quality this season and they are the favorites in the EL this season.

Very sensible, I agree. Sadly, Spain is ahead of the pack. In my view, Bundesliga is a young progressive league with tactical innovation and extremely young talents being brought up, while Italy is a more traditional league (which is not a bad thing). Tactics-wise, I see Italy as a mostly traditional solid and balanced teams which give defense an important place, while Bundesliga has more teams applying the Klopp gegenpressing/fast transitions style (but Dortmund are now a possession team in the Pep mould). England is just horrible, bad Ping-Pong football.

Bundesliga's main strength over Serie A is its amazing youth development. Tactically Serie A teams are better even the smaller teams are tactically sound even though they probably miss the individuals to make the difference. In Serie A all players have to buy in to the tactics of the team there is no other way to make it here. Premier league tactically is in baby shoes compared to other leagues.

It will be: Gigi; Licht, Bonbon, Barzagli, Evra ; Cuadrado, Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba ; Dybala, Morata.

Others who barely make it in time from injuries will start from bench. Tho I still hope for nice suprise with Chiellini and Mandzu to start. No hope for Sandro, just good enough if he makes bench.
Is Cuadrado fit ?
