They're leading the Russian league, they have beaten Zenit and they have beaten Leverkusen at their home

This won't be easy unless we treat this game with the right mindset
Agree, well pointed out, however i do expect us to go into this one with the right mindset though, can hardly imagine us not doing so after what happened to Leverkusen when faced against them.

No Dybala again? Damn..

Tired of seeing the ineffectual Bernardeschi.

Also, Khedira can take a hike.
If Dybala starts, it should be instead of Higuain, not Berna. A front three of Pipita, CR7 and Paulo looks good on paper, but is heavily imbalanced. For all of Berna's poor decision making and end product, his work rate really helps the team in transition. Of course, Ramsey would've been the best option of the three.

Yeah I said that already acknowledging the tactical and dynamic limitations of fielding Dybala with the front two. It's just really annoying seeing Berna out there being in such poor form. Ideally, it would be Costa.... or like you said Ramsey instead of Berna as the 3rd attacker. Hopefully, he performs better than he has been tomorrow.

just realised that semin, the current lokomotiv coach was also in charge back in '93 when the two teams met. it's his 4th time with them as a coach.

also, höwedes plays for them as a rock solid starter. what a career.
