historical odds are available from '04. no team has been considered as strong favorites as barcelona are this term. the whole world expect us to lose.

Well I know I'll be taking advantage of those odds. I really believe in this group. We've been dominant for 4 seasons, but still we get labelled as underdogs. If 15 years ago a team won 4 straight scudetti, that team would be labelled as one of the best of all time. Somehow because Serie A has weakened people are discounting the achievement to ridiculous levels. Serie A isn't what it used to be, but there are still good teams. It's Juventus' completeness in the squad that makes it so good. Defense is the best in Europe, the attack is quite strong, the midfielder is world class, Allegri's tactics are extremely good, the team gets along and has a great culture, and a lot of the team has been playing together for 4 years. The one thing that I fear is Pirlo being exposed, so you can only hope that Allegri players a 3-5-2 with Marchisio instead of Pirlo or a 4-3-1-2 with Pereyra, Marchisio, Pogba & Vidal. Pirlo could be useful off the bench when the players start to tire, but I fear that we could use the extra legs against a team like Barcelona.

Minutes played this season

Barca letting wives and GF stay with them in the hotel

Messi has got to be on drugs.

He seems to be on roids this season. Stronger and with a much lower body fat %.

The amount of minutes he plays is insane. Something must be wrong.

Fluctuating between euphoric anticipation and full metall pessimism

Mood switching five times a day

Imagine it will be one of those games when one team attacks effortless and the defending team scores 2 goals out of two shots :tuttosport:
Imagine it will be one of those games when one team concedes early and gets their asses handed to them 3-0 HT

We will want this more, I hope that is enough to bridge the technical gap. I'm also sick of reading quotes from the Barcelona end alluding to them thinking they have already won it (LE, Xavi cry bitch), I really hope they go into the game thinking they can just turn up.

What I want most of all is for us not to freeze, but we have too many hardened characters and bastards I think for that to happen (Chiellini, Evra, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Tevez, even Morata). Pogba has been very wishy-washy since he returned, and he needs to have a big game. Pirlo may well make or break the game.

Fun times.
While we obviously don't have a Messi in our team and arguably no Neymar either (I'm sorry gents, but in terms of pure, raw talent he's better than Tevez) I think as a team we're every bit as good. We are solid, have an outstanding passing game and have a midfield that takes the opponent by the throat.
