There are many examples of teams undeservedly going through based on refereeing decisions alone. Liverpool 2005, Barcelona 2009, Chelsea 2012, that's without even looking through the years.

The width of a post or crossbar putting you through or out isn't skill or merit, neither is a deflected shot, neither is missing key players at the wrong time. You obviously don't win if you are not good or are not playing a system that gets results, but there are too many variables in knock-out football to talk about consistent deserving winners. The team that wins it takes advantage of the circumstances in the game.

Another thing, look at all the recent winners who weren't even league champions. It's a tournament which identifies the team who are most opportune, best or deserving doesn't really matter.

Take the Sturaro moment as a case in point, that is a mixture of skill, determination and luck, that header from James could go anywhere. That is a super slow-motion image and he is just putting his foot up and hoping for the best. Sometimes that's all you do in sport, who decides whether something is deserving or not?

According to Terry Gibson, reporter for Sky, Barcelona will beat Juve comfortably, 3-0 is the scoreline he predicts.

Think about this guys, we are going for a treble, in the year that we won our 33rd scudetto, and if we manage to do what most consider unthinkable, it will be our 3rd CL trophy.

Have done some other numerological calculations, they're kind of eccentric, but those numbers seem to stack things up in favour of Juve.

Don't wanna get in over my head but I really hope we can do this. And honestly, i don't think there is anyone more deserving than Barcelona to play this final against.

Terry Gibson also works on the Spanish Football Show on Sky, so not only is he extremely biased but he knows little to nothing about Juventus, because he has been based in Spain on and off for years.

He was also a really good player for Coventry and later a very shit one for Man Utd years ago :D

For real? Don't forget the 8th house in a year that adds up to the number 8 - 2015. :D

Some of their comments are pretty interesting I've got to admit. The bias is incredible, and while there is absolutely no doubt that Barca are favourites, I'd imagine people would give a more in depth analysis when sharing a match preview. Ballack and Van Basten apparently are backing Juve for this one. That was good to know. :D

Well, the formula is there:
-The same defense that got owned in that FINAL basically. (chiello, bon..specially chiello)
-Now add Messi neymar and suarez tot he equation, which is basically an upgrade from that euro spanish team.

I hope that we will win with grinta and good tactical awareness.

BUT also , that Italy team was decimated as fuk...and also i think this juve team is better.

Its difficult to predict
good post

Read.

I said this Juventus is better than that italy, but we have the same slow CBs. Basically.

Also, this barca team is way better than that spain team. Italy should have never lost that horribly to begin with. Now they have a way more compact team
Chiellini didn't even play cb in the final.

agreed, the teams are so well balanced, you could see the same in juve vs real, those last minutes tackles made a difference, imagine this going in:

Imagine Llorente scoring one of his opportunities at the end?

Imagine if the ref sent off Carvajal, which he should have done?

Imagine if they didn't get a laughable penalty in the second game?

See what I did there? We sould have beaten them 5-2 probably! It's so obvious we are wayy superior to Real M!

Oh, and btw we'll thrash Barcelona too! Juvenuts is simply the best football team on the planet at the moment!:)

An ugly win>>>>>>a trashing victory

I want them to loose and feel that they were able to get it, but just didn't make it, the bitterness :touched:
Kinda like French fans, they still crazy bitter about 2006 :touched:
I want that kind of victory.
Let it be nasty.
Nope, I want a humiliation! A legendary beating! A destruction of epic proprotions!

I want to see them hopeless, depressed and knowing that they can't do anything against Juventus. To realize that they are incredicbly overrated and worthless against the Turin giants!

Although some ref mistakes in our favor would be nice, too! :)

@Bianconero_Aus

This starts it off:
Hopefully Chiellini paralyses Neymar.
Just look at this shit! Its every other post basically
We have our fair share of daft posters, but I havent read anyone wishing broken legs, spines and career ending injuries. Ive read that in only last two pages of Juve forum.

Im not even talking about Messi/Ronaldo, could care less about it, Im talking about respect and being downright retarded with their behaveour.
I'm sry mate but your forum is garbage.
I've read at least 3-4 posts in the last pages hoping for injuries, shuttered legs, neymar to finish his career in 6th!, all from different posters.
Your admins are trolls that allow that to happen, disgusting human behavior really.
No, don't try to make it seem like we're the same.
If anyone posted here "i hope tevez breaks his leg" he would be banned instantly.
Your mods need to ban your people who say these despicable things.
I mean to be fair I don't really like those "I hope player X breaks players Y's legs" posts, but these reactions :D
