What's annoying is the match is being portrayed as a 'Mourinho masterclass' while we had multiple chances to increase our lead and were too careless. We could have steamrolled them
Fortunately this really wasn't as meaningful as it could have been, which contributed to the collapse, IMO.

But Mourinho had as much to do with the result as Sergio Romero.

I'm still baffled at how we managed to lose against a midtable English club at home. Mourinho should be whipped.

Watched the highlights again and totally forgot that Rashford was through on goal at the very end but drove his shot wide.

That could of been 3-1 and would of meant Utd would of scored 3 goals in their last 3 visits to Turin :sergio:

Bayern was worse. They had a 38 year old Matthaus in the starting lineup. In fact they had 10 German players in that lineup in one of the worst periods of German football.
That is so not true. Matthaus rocked even with 38 years on his back. Tey also had amazing players in Scholl, Basler, Effenberg and Giovane Elber. They simply choked in that final, nothing more. They were the better side, they just couldn't get the job done. Ask @DAiDEViL or @igortudor...

Yeah but we also smoked 2 or 3 clear cut chances.
