Can't say it was thoroughly deserved to be honest. We were better in our organisation than them, even though they created their chances. We aren't quite there yet, it's just that the cohesiveness of the back line is making us look far more stable than our performances otherwise tend to be through the course of a 90 min game. This team is still not sure of its potential, but the string of victories are helping create temperament, habit, and a sense of responsibility in the new young talents.

What? We had more chances, and better chances. As Jem said, 4 great chances, to 2 (maybe 3) great chances. Morata should have scored both of his, and City probably should have scored 2 of theirs. Still means we win. We were better. Not by a lot, but we deserved that win for sure.

Not debating the result, just saying that we didn't deserve to win as thoroughly because we had more goal mouth opportunities. That had to do more with their poor defensive organisation, than it did to suggest that we were in complete control of the game. It was definitely as close a game as the score line suggested.
