Yeah, hopefully PSG gets the spot. :D Otherwise agreed. We should be favorites against Monaco, Porto and Dortmund. PSG would be 50/50 and underdogs against Chelsea, Bayern, (Barcelona) and Real Madrid.
Our team can easily fuck up against an "easy" team. I'm still a pessimist and expect us to get knocked out next round.

They cam here and parked the bus. We tried to score in the 1st one and Atletico could of scored. The more the minutes were winding down in the 2nd we also decided to play it safe and take the draw since scoring 2 vs them would be almost impossible. Imagine us trying to score in the 2nd part of the 2nd half and get scored on by a counter or stupid mistake. This happened to much to us so I'm thankful we played it safe.

No doubt about it. I'm not saying Monaco would be an easy team, just that we'd be favorites against them. But as we all know, Juve in CL always gets a bit too interesting. :D

The sides we could've faced, had we finished on top are:

Basel
Arsenal
B. Leverkusen
Man city (hopefully)
Sporting
Shakhtar
Barca (Or PSG)

Still a very strong bunch.

People act like Simeone did us a favor.
The truth is that Malmø attacked us more than Atletico did in both games. Us fucking up against Olympiacos made it easy for them.
Hmm dont think thats true. When the malmø games was 0-0, the created nothing. Simone clearly did him self an favour evident by topping the group. Olympiacos games where hopeless, and not even getting the better head on head against them could so easily have cost us another 25m, like last year. The two olypi games and loosing to athletico away made this hardere than it should be. A draw would have been a fair result against athletico. Juve where not good enough and also not lucky enough to top this group

I liked the approach that we went for the win but at the same time kept our balance not to concede, that being said we forced Buffon into a couple of great saves and he kept us in the match. Atletico made things easier by not wanting to go forward and with the clock ticking it all became obvious that both teams are content with a goalless game. I don't have the intention to start controversy or fights but I have a feeling that Conte would have aimed for a draw in such a scenario and managed to lose the match.

Buffon 7

Lichtsteiner 6.5
Bonucci 6.5
Chiellini 6.5
Evra 6

Vidal 6
Pirlo 6.5
Pogba 6.5
Pereyra

Tevez 6.5
Llorente 6
