CL hangover : Lippi's mistakes (3 Viewers)

we are discussing lippi's faults in that particular match wich he did many ,,,,,
we r not discussing if he is godd coach or not ,,,,
in that match he made some huge errors we should talk about them,,,,,,
can anybody tell me why did lippi start with montero as a left back ?
we sarted rong and ended rong aswell
they outplayed us and i am so ashamed of that
since when we played simple 4-4-2 formation ?
they are reguler team wich we played 3 times this season before the final
starting camo is the second mistake he wasn't effective and he was vanished by kaladze
milan usually attacks from the center of midfield so we should have taken the advantage from that ,, i always complained about how lippi was was tactically conservative but he did the opposite ,, imagine starting birindelli on the LB position with tudor , tach as holding mids davids with free role ?
gatusso was good because of lippi and he must admit it
those mistakes was before the match not after tudor and davids injury ,,,

wouldn't davids- tach -tudor stop rui costa - seedorf - pirlo ??
during match mistakes :
when tudor was injured lippi change was good but after davids injury the midfield was isolated so to re connect rhe line we should brought a midfielder since conte and tach was not enough and who can play in the midfield in that time ,,,,,, zala ? no either zenoni or di vaio i for me i would say di vaio because he is pacy and full of energy and that what we lacked in that game !??!!?!
about penalties i don't blame lippi or the players who missed

Yep. al of this is true.....i really dont understand,,,,even people who dont know much about soccer could did a better formation for that match.
The montero left backk thing,,,was a very big error....but worse was camoranesi´s election.
Definitely i would chosen divaio instead of zala.....because even if he was on bad form for that game,,,he could be artnered better with delpiero,,,and in that game we lacked attack.

Lippi's only mistake was Montero as LB, but then again, Lippi sees the players for the whole week, so he obviously knows better than us who's in form and who's not. If he chose to play Montero as a LB he had an obvious good reason.

Actually, as I saw the match, I thought that Davids replaced Nedved. Camo stayed on the right, Zambi on the left and Davids was in the middle behind the strikers, but ready to defend. Actually, even when Davids plays on the left, in the 4-3-1-2 formation, he roams in the middle leaving the left flank entirely to Zambrotta. Lippi thought Del Piero could pull back when Davids was injured, but it just didnt work becasue Alex doesnt have edgars workrate. he just stood there waiting for the ball. But the biggest misstake was not putting Di Vaio in, he could have done so much more. Zala doesnt have speed, ball controll, passing... If he just hadnt scored that two goals against Chievo...
And what was that about Lippi not choosing the penalty takers? He must have some authority. He should hav just said: "David, Alex, Lilian, Antonio, Alessio (my choice) get ready, you are taking the penalties."

better and harder, we hardly could see Zalayeta ..
also Trezeguet , he was really bad , he couldn't to play one pass right....

Davids was injured, that was a bad luck ...
Montero's shot, even if I admire this player from the bottom of my heart, was pathetic. Why not Conte, if he had that half of hour so great in the end???
And why not Thuram instead of Zalayeta ???
Never let the non-skillfull strikers (the speedy ones) to shot!

again , dont take this as i am againest juve ,, and don't be emotional ,, for god sake why u r telling me that zalayeta is 24 ,,, i know i was talking about that match and bringing zalayeta in that match was huge TACTICAL mistake since we had trezguet i n that time...
one thing more ,,,,,
loosing in penalties not a big loss yeah i know ,,,, but they outplayed us and i am so pissed off ,,, ancelotti made more misakes aswell he was not that good either the match was silly and boring with no beautiy and no hard tactics
