Why have Celtic suddenly become poor?

Their crowds are down because they a shit club who need Rangers to play against to feel they have a purpose, so they don't have as much to spend as they sometimes do.

But they just aren't signing good players.

For every Wanyama or Van Dijk they pick up cheaply and sell on, there are a heap of duds.

And Deila is a distinctly mediocre coach who is failing to get them most out of the good players he has.
