Yeah Vidal is reserve and Roberto is naturally a midfielder but has played some games as a rb this season. He came on against Atletico for Alves.

And I wonder if there's a way to play all 4 of Iniesta, Marchisio, Mascherano and Pogba without playing Mascherano as CB and without touching MSN upfront. Any ideas? Would Mascherano + 3 CBs be too defensive? Would it work without fullbacks/wingbacks?

I didn't think about mascherano who is obviously the best defensively but I wanted a passer like Besquets or marchisio (to keep the same system barca use now).

I would play Besquets over marchisio. I think they are about the same level but besquets is more experienced at the top level. He can also win penalties and get other players red carded. The team will be a lot more hateable for opposition
