This Juve team has grown by leaps and bounds compared to the last time these two sides met. We gained the right mentality and approach these European games much better than before. We have a good chance for QF imho. I have a feeling that Max will outwit Guardiola.
In all fairness he's not wrong. Clearly we are a lot better. We're not as good as we were last year, but compared to 2013 we're a different team imo. And last year's campaign has a lot to do with that.
The right team to face that bayern was last year´s team with tevez.

This year we are clearly not as compact...but at least they are not THAT unbeatable bayern of years ago and we are not that coward juve from years ago either.

Its up for grabs and bayern know deep inside they cant take us lightly.

I just hope we definitely get more rhytm and not be as wasteful in possetion as we are right now (im looking at you Pogba).

We got dis. Dybala's coming out party in CL is about to happen. I'm going to predict. 1-1 away and 2-0 @ home. Dybala with 1 goal- 1 assist. Morata and Mandzu each with a goal.

Pep, prepare to get Zach's massive girth up your bum.

redcafe

'Just seen Dynamo Kiev vs. Manchester City's first leg will be behind closed doors. With the second leg at the Etihad, has there ever been a Champions League tie with no fans in attendance for either game?'

The draw could have been easier, but sheeet we have to beat Bayern sometime finally.

Even if it means going from Comanche to "Coman chi?".

We have a solid shot against Bayern. 2013 they were much stronger and we were weaker, and we had Conte, who is great etc. but as flexible as brick. We need a little luck and have a healthy $#@!ing midfield.
Not having Conte is a big plus this time.
He would have been shitting bricks right now.

Ffs of course we draw the best team in europe
Roma are fucked
we are fucked

goodbye coefficienti
no-one saw this coming.
Nah man.

We'd have a 50/50 chance against Atletico (at least)

Our chances are about 10% at best. 2nd worst draw possible.
What I wish for is that once we get eliminated, it won't destroy our morale so we can focus on the league.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA....hahaha....ha...ha..........hold me
Zero chance to be the better team over 2 legs against Bayern.

Good thing is ,now we can focus only on Serie A.
The bad thing is that Coman will fuk us hardcore on the wings. Thats a given.
Do you understand that we could have got Kiev instead of Bayern?!
Instead of being 90% out we could have been 99% Through!
This is the worst possible draw (along with Barca) - Hope Vidal gives us a discount...
Im just going to repeat what we already knew. That sevilla match was everything and now we have nothing. I seriously cant see us beating Bayern. February is a long way though hopefully Bayern with a crisis and us beaing at our peak can only be our salvage but its hope what we cling to. Zero confidence on this one, sorry guys but this is the end.
We all know whats coming - big loss on aggregate like last time.

Our only hope is if we catch some crazy run of form in which Pogba, Cuadrado and Morata explode.

Even then it would be a close tie.
Juventus great mentality :lol2: Which is why we are second, to a team we beat twice.

Is he talking about "The Italian mentality"?
Usuall "show respect to other team bullshit".Otherwise they know that they will beat us.

We are going to beat Bayern. Everybody is going to go crazy on tuz. Then we will loose 1-0 to Dynamo Kiev on aggregate, playing 5-3-2 with Evra and Padoin as fullbacks and Pogba misplacing 43 passes making those fancy stepovers everywhere on the pitch. Its that kind of season.

Honestly, my main concern here is Chiello. If he forgets his head in dressing room again, than we pretty much fucked. Other than that we need to play our game, do what Max tells to do and a little luck.

I swear, the suck in some of these bitches is so strong you'd be afraid they'd suck your $#@! right off.
If you want to win something you need to show a minimum of self confidence. I thought Mourinho had imparted that lesson to everyone by now?

If you want to be humble, do it while you're holding up the trophy.

Some opinions from Germany:

Pep Guardiola: "This are going to be two crazy games. Juventus are the finalists of last year and one of the best teams in Europe. Juventus has not started well in Calcio, but this is normal with many new players. But now they are strong. Juventus has a great mentality. They are very strong. The mood in the team is: win, win, win. They have dominated the last four or five years in Italy. We have great respect and to catch the right moment. It depends on in which rhythm we are".

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge: "A very heavy, but also very attractive draw. It is a reunion among others with our former striker Mario Mandzukic. To reach the quarter-finals we need against the Italian champions two very good games. "

Matthias Sammer: „An attractive opponents, we all know very well. Recently, we have turned in our victorious Champions League season 2012/2013 Juventus. Currently, Turin presented after initial difficulties again in very good shape. If we want to get in the top eight in Europe, but we must be against Juventus in top condition twice. "

Philipp Lahm: „A very nice duel between two top teams, a European classic. Juve was last season in the final, which is already a major challenge, but we want to go to the quarterfinals and for all. "

Thomas Müller: „Turin has a very clever team and Mario Mandzukic is of course a top scorer, we know so well because of his time in Munich. We have always had good experiences with Juve in the Champions League. Above all, I am looking forward to the Turin stadium, which is an experience. "

Jerome Boateng: „A strong opponent, ripped off and tactically outstanding. Nevertheless, we are the favorites, but have two very good games deliver to get ahead. "

Kingsley Coman: "Juventus is mainly tactically very well prepared. We have to figure out something. Then we will manage."

Franz Beckenbauer: "Juve are back and strong. That's one of the best teams we have in Europe, even from her tradition. As you can already click your tongue/watering mouth. For Bayern it is good only away to play and in the second leg all clear making. That would at least my calculation. chances are, however 50:50. but it is definitely a great game. "
Usuall "show respect to other team bullshit".Otherwise they know that they will beat us.
