Rijkaard's Barca was very different from Pep's Barca either way.
Pep laid the foundation, the blueprint to Barca's dominance. Many people forget he took over a rather old squad and subsequently a massive rebuilding process took place.
To say he took over a winning team is pure ignorance. And i am hardly a Pep fan.Infact i hate his football.
If anything, the coaches that followed Pep have reaped the benefits of his work.
In my opinion all the teams are pretty weak this year. From the teams that are going out that I'd have been seriously worried if we drew I'd say Chelsea and PSG. Having said that, every year there is one or two teams who get an easy road to the semis. We are this team this year and thats how we are in the semis.

When will Guardiola learn that sometimes you have to swallow your pride and make sure your defence is protected. Surely he must know Boateng and especially Dante are complete trash. Persisting with his style of flairing them out and using Alonso as a deep regista is risky even with immense talent in front of them. With everyone hurt, he should have adjusted better.
And honestly? I'm not sure I'd like to face Atletico. Eventhough we had them in group stages they didn't look like a team. I believe they'd take it on another level now. Call me crazy but I think we stand a good chance against Real Madrid.
