Countless of times in the first half.

Like dule said for the good 60 minutes or so they were superior team, held the possession and created better chances.

They were far superior and they dominated ever since they conceded from that penalty. No idea what you're saying since they dominated for like 70 minutes. Of course they were building attacks and creating chances. Last 20 minutes they paced down, they were obviously exhausted, so they went defensive and relied on counters.

The way they play is very direct and fast paced suited to counter attacking play. They don't build on attacks as in their passes are not lateral , as soon as the mf has the ball they send it fwd and dont hold the ball which is very different to our playing style of possession based

For ex look at the totti goal , df - mf - totti. 2 passes and a goal, if it would be us we would have already had 10 passes by then.

Probably that is also why they look like an attractive side to watch.

So a few days ago, people were reminding me how Messi was playing well again. So we can say, Messi is in fine shape.
Yet they lost against a PSG team that didnt even had Zlatan, and has Luiz in the defence.


How much longer untill people finally realise that the true best player of Barcelona was Xavi, and that his impact on their results and silverware is much, much bigger then messi ?

You don't become a top 5 team after 1 match. Even Celtic beat Barca once. FFS, PSG just got done drawing Ajax the match before. They have 3 wins out of 8 matches in the FRENCH LEAGUE.
