I dont think the financial gain is as important as the prestige of being amonst the top 4, the prestige WILL make it a more interesting mercato for sure. Real quality players who wouldnt considered as suitable option before are prolly now being quite enticed/eager to come. As Marotta said:

It won't matter if a 40-50M euro player wants to join us if we can't pay. Not that i'm sure Marotta would still spend that.

Oh we are bit off that mark still even with increased CL gain (only when we reah certain big mark in revenue, prolly 400m+ etc), we can only make investment like that when our whole starting eleven is set with quality players we can have for long time and dont need to invest in multiple positions. But thats not the case, our team is ageing, if it wasnt alarming enough, we are by far the oldest team in CL KO.
