Remind me, does he, or does he not have the most stacked squad in the world?

Remind me, what did that same coach do with Juventus while he was here?

Remind me, was it anything other than jack squat?

But yes, celebrate as one single Italian coach leads the best squad in the world to glory against their city rivals they beat 99% of the time. The rest still suck.
And who was the coach of that same team the year before? Was it not the over-hyped non-italian Jose Mourinho? Was the team not just as packed then? Did he do anything other than jack squat in the cl?

:sergio:

I guess winning 2 CL trophies with Milan means nothing as well. What a joke.

We keep discussing your one great Italian coach who coaches the best team in the world, we get it. Are there any other Italian coaches out there who can successfully coach in the modern game in Europe? Allegri was the best option for us, he manages the best Italian team, yet it appears he still succumbs to the usual Italian mentality in Europe of caution over risk, which does not seem to work anymore. Are there any other Italian managers out there (BESIDES ANCELOTTI) who have proven themselves to use a more modern brand of football? People keep saying Montella but if he was with Juventus in Europe he would probably revert to the same tactics.

I don't know what you mean by modern football. If you mean attacking, then I'll say that Simeone is quite defensive, even though he's not Italian and his team almost won it last year. Also, Allegri was attacked for being overly attacking away to Atletico both by Sacchi and by people here.

PS: It was an Italian manager, and a proven idiot, who knocked us out of the CL last season.

7 more points will ensure we finish runners up. If we win all our remaining games :howler: We will most likely finish top of the group. Anything other than a win against Olympiakos at home, and we are looking at dropping into the EL for a 2nd consecutive season :sigh:
