I'd say:

Buffon = Neuer (Neuer is one of the top in the world right now, even though Gigi is already a legend)

Litch = Lahm
Peluso < Alaba

Chiellini > Dante
Barzagli > Boateng
Bonucci < Javi Martinez

Schweinsteiger = Pirlo (Pirlo is more skilled but Schweinsteiger has better athletic atributtes due to age)
Marchisio < Ribery
Vidal > Kroos
Vucinic < Muller
Matri < Gomez


So it's pretty well evened-out... we just need better strikers... but both teams have similar quality, and Bayern is definitely one of the top 3 in the world right now.

Nah Pedro Lahm is defenitely better then Licht, offensively very much better, while Licht is better defensively, but Lahm is generally solid there too (positioning wise, not so much for strong tackling/disposing of possession). And Pirlo is DEFENITELY superior to Schweini no doubt, the latter is excellent, but just not at that level. He is generally completely found out when he faces quality midfield opposition, as seen in previous key CL games, but most clearly in the lattest Euro. Couldnt really cope as much vs the Dutch, Portuguese, Italy and most importantly the Spanish defence (especially against latter two, his first touch isnt that great, so he was pressured and harrassed off possession in a way you never see Pirlo struggle at).

Lahm is the one of the best fullbacks in the past 6-7 years, he is the best assistant in Bayern with 9 assists in bundesliga and 4 assists in CL so far
