Madrid were robbed of a clear goal (Higuain's) in the first half and of a penalty (Rafael's handball denying a goal) before the red card incident so I can't see how Manchester United can complain. It should have been 2-1 for Madrid before the red card anyway.

It was just poor referring the whole evening, no clear agenda on the referee's part.

That's a goal, although play had stopped just before the finish. But in Europe if you fall to the floor and claim a foul it is usually enough to get one.

I've stopped laughing at mouth-breathing cretins who tie up emergency services phone lines with their pet stupidity. At first it was cute, but it's become epidemic and people with legit emergencies aren't getting through all the bullshit calls now. ("My KFC was too soggy." "Someone is playing loud music in their car." Blah blah blah.)
