It'll be something like this. With Gomez missing 10+ sitters and VB and Boateng having a comical performance as per usual.

Van Buyten hasn't played a competitive match in ages. Wasn't Rafinha injured?

actually, if Luiz and Cahill can both make it for this one, and Chelsea manages to keep a clean sheet for the first 10-15 min, I think they have a really good shot of winning this one

no chance, R & R will murder them.
I don't know about that - Chelsea are not an easy team to break down as they close space and defend pretty well. Along with the experienced players they have, would be a very diff proposition than Real M or any other team bayern has played so far in the CL this year.

plus I am thinking the BVB beating Bayern's starting 11 took in the DFB Pokal final may still be on their mind ;)

Ivanovic and Ramires are two big losses Chelski would have to cope with - a lot more so than Terry and Meireles - but they managed to stop Barca with one single CB on the field, while having Cole and Bosingwa play in the center of defense too ... a game, common sense tells us they should have lost by 5-6 goals.
what I am saying is that it's the group effort that counts and if Chelsea manage to recoup a decent pair of CBs instead of having to conjure one out of thin air, they are a team to be reckoned with.

Bayern will also have their absentees to deal with albeit their issues aren't as big as Chelsea's
