 @ Anyone who thinks United can even reach the semis. After Schalke and Shakhtar, United is the weakest side in the Champions league. I even doubt if United can beat OM, although with Vidic back we have a chance, but I can't see us scoring.
I must say I agree.

Absolutely not a foregone conclusion Man U will beat Marseille. They have advantage on sheer experience and couple of markee players, but Man U on current state isnt all that.

Who will get the ball forward? :boh: Berbatov and Rooney will have to walk back to our side of the pitch and run with it to OM's

Nani is out and he is the only link between our attack and defence. United without Nani is like an insect without its abdomen.

    Pretty good game from Milan.

They controlled game and made a decent number of chances, while restricting Spurs to long crosses for Crouch.

If Inzaghi had been playing, they probably would have got at least one goal out of the game tonight.

Going out to the one goal just goes to show how stupid it was of Milan to over-commit and get done on the break in the first leg.

He might play the young Brazilian boy on the wing.

I would play Rooney there and Hernandez up front with Berba.

That responsibility will fall largely to Giggs, I would imagine. Playing Rooney deeper than normal would be the other option.

Rafael? I would love us to experiment and use Fabio on the right wing and Giggs on the left. Not sure about playing Rooney on the wing, the boy got a first touch of rapist and even Martinez is better at running with the ball.

Yeah I can see that happening. Giggs will have to roll on the years and play the game of his life. Him and Scholes are the only two midfielders available who can pass the ball forwards.
