Hope all the Italians team playing European football to be destroyed and humiliated in a regular basis.
Because who needs a Champions League spot, right?

I'm quite torn when Italian teams play in Europe. On one hand I dislike them and I don't want them to be more successful than us, but on the other hand it's going to be extremely difficult for us to finish 3rd in the next few years.

You know that Italy won't retrieve that 4th CL spot for a while no matter how good Italian teams do, right?

Is that to say there's no point working on something that will take a long time to complete?

I remember when Camo said that the project would take 10 years, everyone said he was crazy. But it's starting to look like he was correct, and if our decisions were based on that knowledge, I think we'd be in a better position, building up to a realistic goal instead of still being stuck resorting to bandaid solutions.

italian football is dead, face it, it's not just in terms of quality there are several factors. The stadiums are awful, the attendances are turd, the politics involved within the teams and clear past it icons who are still forced to play, the racism and violence within the fans etc.
Quite simply the Italian league needs a complete change and start again from fresh, or suffer another set back and watch the french take over. Serie A now needs to get the better of the germans over 5 years. Can't see it happening, especially with how badly serie a teams are in Europe and how the germans are getting better and better. It'll be another decade before the Italians get their spot back, and it might not even be the italian that do, It might well be the French

3-1 ? why would you say that?
Valencia seemed the better side and missed so many great chances. If Schalke hadn't scored that second goal, Valencia would've defended more instead of being caught on the counterattack so late in the game.

Modern Italian football = Fail

the attitude of the italian teams has been so backwards it's unbelievable, if milan actually tried in the san siro they might of went through, but no theres no team spirt or anything. The premieir league teams are all together as if they're family.

I would love to take a swipe at tottenham like I usually do but I can't it really is the italian teams fault, they need a kick up the backside and start all over again. The germans did it in 2006 and is now the fastest developing league in the entire world
