More or less. Serie A has been on a decline since Calciopoli and we are the victims of it so we are the last ones who should care about this league and its reputation. It's my latest take on the whole thing though :p
I thought you meant the national team, which I think will always be heavily influenced by Juventus and then Milan. As for Serie A, I'd like to imagine that there is new leadership sometime soon that aren't in the back pockets of other teams, but up until then I hope those in charge suffer.

That makes no sense considering Sneijder was one of Europe's best players last season, if not the best. Plus the CL matches are more like Serie A than Prem with regards to pace.
That is correct, but it isn't my point. Did Sneijder make it in Spain the year before that? The only reason Inter got him was because Real considered him surplus. Italian teams sometimes make lucky bets, but they never get their men when they face competition from England and Spain. What would have happened if everyone knew Sneijder was one of the best in the world before he went to Real. Would an Italian team ever have had a chance of signing him then? No fucking way. Italian teams never get players everyone else wants.
