Serie A is a weak league. Just look at Roma's lineup, dinosaur Totti, Scraps-from-England-Riise etc.

Seriously, what do you expect when you have a league that only gets players that teams from other countries don't want. Serie A's best players are those who failed to make their mark in stronger leagues, Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Sneijder. Add that to the fact that players in Italy are/get used to playing at a slower tempo.
