Because that is an opinion. Amauri has not scored more than 15 goals in a season after 10 years of being in this league. Why should I believe that he'd drastically change at 30? It leaves me to the conclusion that he wouldn't score as many goals as Pazzini scored for Samp last season. You on the other hand predict that a player being at his prime who has scored some 20 goals in one season can't do that at Juve. That's your opinion, we wouldn't know until it happens.
