Real-Man U would be more interesting because it would be mor open/interesting, but besides Barca having quite questionable defence with Puyol out, its just generally too much of a difference between their players, I can see United playing very organised and tactically cautious, but not that extra edge to go all the way against such opposition.

They are fantastically organized, they run like crazy, they defend better than most and they know what to do in almost every situation. With the way football developed, I'd say not only that this Utd isn't worst than the ones from the previous 30 years, but they'd beat almost every other Utd from the previous 30 years, despite the fact that some of those teams had bigger individual quality.
Hats off for the red face on their bench. Average teams don't make CL finals (I'm taking the risk to announce them already as CL finalists).
