Many times, when fans of non-Italian football teams attack serie A teams, we defend them that the slow motion in which is played is all about tactics. We say that it's tactical football.

Now we all see that the tactics in that tactical football are destroyed by the tactics used by those non-tactical football schools.

CHANGEEEEEEEEEEE. It's desperately needed.

Is it just me or is it that even though we have largely a decent team in terms of the names, it is proving far too hard for Ferrara to settle on a system that works for everyone in terms of position. 4-3-1-2 now sounds good but a few months ago, it was ruining us. Now 4-2-3-1 is ruining us too. Diego's presence means he has to be a CAM so theres no way round that unless he's dropped. I'm not surprised that an inexperienced coach like Ferarra is finding it hard. DP's return only made it worse 4 him imo

We have no pace on this team. Please, no one tell me Giovinco or Cam are fast. They are quick and agile but can't outrun players on long distances and they don't threaten the flanks with their speed.

Buying Diego was a waste if we give him no outlets on the sides. Modern teams cannot play football without any wing players. just look at our team today. Not a single player that can play out wide. Camoranesi is the closest thing but he loves to drift inside. We were at our best when we had a prime Zambrotta to burn the edges of the field. And even though Grosso provides decent offence, he has no pace at all.

And our forwards are all slow except for Iaquinta. Teams do not have to respect a through ball or a quick counter-attack because we are so slow.

You can still play a tactical defensive game and have speed in the lineup.
