There is nothing to love here. We are playing a formation that we are not used to with Wingsbacks as wingers and morata in the middle against a star studded team. That is in a game where we have to outscore these mutherfukers. We don't even have our midfielders in place.

That like Madrid playing Bayern using Marcelo and Caravajal instead of Ronaldo and Bale as LW and RW, and a midfield of Illaremendi and Casemiro.
If we win this, Pep has to resign and Allegri is God.
Nonsense. Are you really comparing Cuadrado to Carvajal?

Well Madrid has Benzema not Morata so it balances out. and its not like Casemiro is as good as Khedira.

Thats not the point. The point is that we play a formation we never use and are playing 2 wingbacks as wingers.(cuadrado was a winger before he came to us i know)

Easy, buddy. This was always going to be difficult with all of the injuries.

Think it's basically going to look like a 4-5-1, half the time, imo, and we hit 'em on the counter. Cuadrado can play all over that right side, I have little doubt Alex Sandro can do the same on the left.

I do think that it's absolutely imperative to have Alex Sandro on the pitch, especially with all of the injuries. He's consistently been one of our best players, and he will help push them back a bit.

No denying that Pereyra has not been in good form, so our options are limited. What would be your preferred setup?

You just contradicted yourself. Even though I would agree in general with the point that this untested formation against a side like Bayern is no good news. But it's not as bad as you explained.

Good lineup. No stupid 2 man midfield, Sandro AND Cuadrado both starting higher up the pitch. Morata to bring his great CL form back. If we stay compact and hit them on the break, we can hurt them. Forza Juve baby fino alla fucking fine bitchessss
