I thought we were doing well for a while but:

1 - Llorente is rubbish, Amaurified for sure
2 - The ref was pressured into too many stupid decisions by the players and the crowd
3 - We seemed like we were playing with Pirlo out there, our build up was super duper slow
4 - Allegri killed the game by not making subs at the right time. I thought we wouldn't see this after Conte left but it seems to be an Italian thing

Right. Over 60% possession, no shots on target. They have 2 shots and 1 is the game winning goal. We get 6 yellows, our strikers limp as a noodle but yet, that's embarrassing.

And you were praising Llorente in the first half.

Yes, it was a cagey game. I wouldn't call losing to Atletico at home embarrassing though.

Disappointed with the players that need to carry us through these matches. All of our midfielders were not having a good game and i don't even feel like starting to talk about Llorente. Would we have the balls to put them under pressure in the beginning of the second half we would have won this match.

Looked exactly identical to the Italy Uruguay game at the World Cup. Don't throw any men forward, play for the 0-0. Concede late and then have no time or momentum to try and recover the game.
Italian managers are always the same. They have no balls.

That is a classic win for Atletico. One shot and they win because of their defense. They were a minute away from winning the CL playing like this.

Come on, Dule. You can do better. :veryserioussmiley:
I can't believe people blame the ref :lol2: wtf...

we played passive today, we created absolutely nothing and had no shots. Most of our play was passing from defense to midfield and back, passing to Llorente where he holds the ball and loses it. We wouldn't be able to score like that if we had 90 more minutes.
