Here is the official agreement between Juventus and Torino for Immobile:

Ciro Immobile has today completed a switch to Torino.
The 23-year-old frontman, who spent last season with Genoa, will now continue his career with the Granata after making the short move across the city of Turin.

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that it has terminated in its favour the current player sharing agreement with Genoa Cricket and F.C. S.p.A. (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.) concerning the registration rights of the player Ciro Immobile. The sum for the termination has been set at € 2.75 million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces the disposal to Torino Football Club S.p.A. of the registration rights of the same player for a consideration of € 5.5 million to be paid in 3 years. At the same time, Juventus and Torino signed a player sharing agreement (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.) related to the same player for a consideration of € 2.75 million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.

Immobile to Juve would be great for a backup option to llorente. he is young, Italian and a youth product.

Maybe he can be his natural sucessor. But that very well may be in 2 or 3 years. Thats a lot of benchwarming time for someone like Inmobile who needs to be thrown in fray ASAP.

While Immobile could turn out to be the real deal, there's something people need to remember: Rolando Bianchi, Marco Borriello, Vincenzo Iaquinta, Amauri, Alessandro Matri.

All of them showed more at some part of their career than Immobile's done so far.

Perhaps, but with the exception of Bianchi, who was a one season wonder, they are all late bloomers. Immobile at this stage of his career is ahead of those players.
