He does I am sure, but he can't just leave Juve without a coach.
That reply was for my post?

Because if it was then my point is that Ciro should not get any extra money. If you end the contract before the club basically has to buy the contract back from Ciro, but he doesnt deserve anything considering what he has achieved, and my point is, he should not ask any money either. He might not even make a coach in the future, he should be happy he got the opportunity, and if he does care about Juve, he wont ask for any compensation money after leaving.

I am talking about the situation if another coach would come in couple of days/weeks time.

So he's sacked but we don't have an alternative so he'll stay here until we find one? Is that what you guys are saying? How deep in serious sh*t can you be and how professional is this? Amateurish at best.

Briamonte was there, our tax lawyer. Btw it looks like they made it official. He is staying here for Coppa and MAYBE for Lazio...but he's going. We are looking for his replacement at the moment.

Hiddink or Guus.
Why would they do something so stupid? Its like saying, hey, lets drop 6 more points and then change coach. What the fuck, let the assistant take charge for the Inter game and find a coach ASAP.

Makes more sense.

I was concerned Juve were putting all their eggs in one basket when choosing between Hiddink and Guus. :D

whats the point of letting him on the bench for inter and lazio....if he knows he is sacked i wouldn't even field 11 players just to piss them off.....
what a fucking clown club we are........ ya ciro sorry but you are fired but you have to coach the team for the next 2 games. which are very important cause the coppa is the only throphy that we can win in the next 100years and than we can not lose against lazio that we don't drop -7points from the 3rd place

Imagine the way Ferrara will feel against inter . The management treated Ferrara like shit.

ffs sack the guy already, make a PC, tell the people he's out, was a legend here as player and wish him luck. Before that you have Guus waiting with a 3½ year contract with wages equal to his talent. He arrives tomorrow morning and has 2 full days to prepare for the Coppa game. We win, players boosted, humiliate Lazio and finish 3rd with 2 cups in our trophy room.

i'm def. not gonna watch the match against inter.
i just can't take another humiliation.....
we would have lost anyway even with gus or god on the bench but with a coach that lost 6 of the last 8 games that knows he is already fired.................

One sure indicator of how much this board is capable of rookie mistakes?: that they let their pride run too long, so that they waited too long to seriously consider legit replacements who were still available on the market.

The mgmt f*ed themselves by allowing their options to walk away while they dithered, leaving the few who still qualify to ask for ridiculous sums because they have the board over a barrel.

It's one thing to say the board is a bunch of football rookies but good businessmen. But this is a boneheaded situation to get in for any business. This calls into question their business competence, as they obviously had no succession plan and got caught with their pants down.

how can a guy knowing he's out be motivated in giving his players the motivation and strategies to beat a pumped up :inter:? Doesn't make sense. If you want him out sack him and put his assistant or the Primavera coach until Guus arrives.

Given what Ciro was willing to put up with to this point, I'd have to say you're grossly underestimating what motivates Ciro regardless. It's clear he's not in it just for a paycheck.
