I am assuming they are waiting until the win column equals the loss one; moreover, I think the "project" involves us losing at least once to each team in the division over the course of a full season, something which we are very capable of accomplishing, and only need 11 more losses to achieve (against the teams we didn't lose to in the first phase).
Seriously, the problem is more than just Ferrara. This board is a joke; they are a bunch of incompetents, and no one in their right mind would want to work for them. You have a tennis aficionado, and a former ball boy running an elite football team. They have no idea what they are doing, nor what they want. The "project" is just a camouflage, a cover-up to buy them some time, until they can figure something out, or sneak out the back door.
Elkann should pull the plug on them, not ask them to sack Ferrara and find a replacement.
