From superpower to laughing stock.

:shocked2:
He's done a poor job and he's not a good manager but why the hell do they have to do something like that? There's no need to humiliate the guy and take the piss out of him. Feel so sorry for Ferrara, such a classy person, could you imagine Mourinho's reaction if he was presented with that...

Really guys, it's a fucking comedy show. It sure seemed like Ciro handled it well and has a decent sense of humour. If he's a real coach, he'll know how to handle the adversity and bounce back stronger.

I think we sould give Ciro 2-3 more games after christmas break and if the poor form continues then we need change
whats the point in that though? He's had half a season to prove himself and i am very sorry to say he has failed. There's no point in giving him 'a few more games', in a few games time our season really could be over. We need to address the problem sooner rather than later.

Is it Ciro's fault that the management didn't provide him the right players that we needed? Not only that, but Melo and Diego played like absolute crap lately. And Buffon, Chiellini, Camo, Sissoko and Iaquinta are all injured. And many others have just recently come back from injury and are not in form yet. Do you really think bringing a new coach is going to all of a sudden fix those problems. How would a new coach transform Melo into a regista and turn Amauri into a goal machine lol? Ciro doesn't have all the necessary tools, and that's the managements fault more than anyone else.

Ranieri had far lesser tools and far more Injuries.
No Trez, No IQ, No camo, No sissoko at parts...

If you recall our lineup against madrid we were missing around 5 starting players yet we won.
Ranieri is by miles the better manager.
