I'd rather keep Ferrara till the end of this season (even if we lost our next two games).

The problem is much bigger than Ferrara and i don't think whoever will replace him would fix things easilly.
:agree:

Sack Ciro and put anyone in the world in his place and we'll still suck because you can't draw blood from a stone...the players can't do what they are not capable of doing. Too many shitty players are what's really hurting us.

At the wingback position, yes. But I don't think there's any excuse that the caliber of players we have should be underperforming as they have. I'd take our lineup over AC Milan's any day, for example.

Well Molinaro,Tiago,Zebina,Salihamidzic,Grygera and maybe Poulsen and De Ceglie.
That's a decent number 5+2 but not tooo many.
So I think it's not a problem Mohad.

Ridiculous.

Buffon, Chiellini, Momo, Melo, Camo, Diego, Giovinco, Marchisio, Trez, Iaquinta...Perhaps I would even add in Grosso to that list. They ALL have quality.

Some of them are WORLD CLASS players. a backbone exists, and we have not been fucking up mainly because the lower quality players have been failing us. we have been fucking up mainly because we have no motivation, no spirit, no heart and no organization. ALL of those things need to come primarily from the manager.

We have great players performing pathetically. Only a manager can change this. Ciro either steps up NOW, or wilts under the pressure and resigns after losing at home to both Inter and Munchen Krout.

Grosso is not that great. Melo has done more bad than good. ADP isn't 28 anymore and neither is Trez or Camo, Iaquinta gets the job done most of the time but isn't a starter for Juve. Diego is good but easy to shut down. We are pinning all our hopes on guys like Marchisio, Chiellini and Buffon who are all stars but not enough to win a league on their own.

Calciopoli really changed this team from the top down. It’s sad that hundreds of millions were squandered building a 3rd place team (if lucky 2nd).

It doesn't matter how many WC players that you have in the team. As long as you don't have the "right" players to play in "you're system" then things won't work out.

The biggest mistake that both the management and Ferrara have done in the summer is having one plan in their heads thinking that it will definately work but it didn't. They thought that the 4-3-1-2 system will work perfectly with our players but Diego (key player in the team) simply can't play in that formation (the whole transfer plan was based on that formation).

Ferrara learned from he's mistake and started playing with the 4-2-3-1 formation which worked great with Diego. But another problem pops up, we don't have enough AM in the team (other than the trio, Gio-diego-Camo).

Guys here are making jokes about Ferrara playing Del piero + marchisio out of position (as a AM/L) and saying that Ferrara is ignorant and dump for doing that but he just don't have other options in the team.

Ferrara is not stupid he's just inexperienced. He's trying to survive with this team till January when we will probably gonna try to get someone like Domínguez to help us out. Thats probably what both Ferrara and the management have in their minds.

Actually, the 4-3-1-2 system worked well and Diego had his best games when the other 3 central midfielders were dynamic. When Tiago, Marchisio and Melo played behind him and were in form we had our best performances. And the second problem arose when the two playing upfront were flat and not offering much, especially Amauri.

I disagree in some points:

1-Melo,Grosso,Trez and Iaquinta are good players.
2-Diego is among our 3 best players but everything depends on him and we base everything on him.
3-Camo is cyrrently our best player despite Buffon.
4-And I'll add Giovinco in the list of good players.

Yes you're right calciopoli did hurt us a lot,and no doubt about that Mohad.

I disagree,
Amauri offered a lot every time the midfielders supported him.
One role attacker is a very hard job for that lone attacker.

Could you define currently, because I'm having a really hard time understanding why you pick Camo as our best player.
