I'm not for one minute doubting Guardiola as a coach, but give him a good squad and see what he can do. He has the best squad and team in the world. His jobs is alot easier than most.
what we have is one of best squad in the world(im not speaking about fullback). del piero, diego, melo, canna, trez, iaquinta, amauri, camo, buffon, chiello, sissoko, marchisio, gio, tiago, grosso etc. pep guardiola can handle this man nicely in beautiful way

Guardiola is at the moment one of the most over-rated coaches. You can't hail much someone who's leading Puyol, Alves, Iniesta, Xavi, Messi, Henry, Ibrahimovic and many others. It's not that hard and he shouldn't deserve much credit. Let's not forget they are playing in weak La Liga where the only competitor is just Real Madrid.
Rijkaard did the same few years back but he's a bad coach. He was just leading Barca on it's best level. Guardiola will be proven when he leaves Barcelona and wins something.
Oh and we don't have one of the best squads in the world. Tiago and Grosso should not be on that list as well.

I think you are over-simplifying the whole coaching thing here. You mention how this team is full of stars and depth but how he gets the credit for creating a cohesive group with the mental capacity to keep pace on three fronts while preserving the peace in the locker room ( there would be many stars that wouldn't be happy because they're not playing or getting subbed). I think he gets a bit of credit for changing his approach and system for the CL.
Also the examples are endless with coaches that have simply wonderful squads and failed misrebly (you mentioned Rijkaard). But when a coach does extremely well with one we simply go "oh well he has a good squad". Surely managing goes a bit beyond, if thats the case than how come we rate Lippi and Trap because they had great squads in the late 90s and the 80s.
I'm not saying hes a great manager but i think hes getting the short end of the stick because of his squad.
Yes he is one of those good man managers and many people label Fergie as one of those ( great man managers and average or half decent tactically).
He did inherit a great squad but he inherited a team that was humiliated the year before, so one could view it as a great squad with almost zero confidence. Then managed to changed all that.
Anyway Ciro strikes me as someone who has a bit of both. Didn't see much of him in a tactical sense but he is doing well handling the squad from a man management perspective. I think what he is trying to do now is establish some sort of rhythm to our play and get all the players used to the system and initial plans. Then maybe he will start changing things a a bit ( although he already switched to the 442 once). But next month will show us what hes made of imo.

In his first 7 years in didn't win anything! That's a long time, tell me any coach in italy or any other team who was for 7 years as a coach and didn't win anything!!!! Fergie is not great, he is shit!
none is as stupid as you! The way he treated, Keane, Beckham, Nistelroy shows that he was the biggest idiot in the earth, bigger than you can you believe that!

- 4-2-3-1 without Giovinco? WTF!!?
- De Ceglie on, why?
- WTF is up with not playing Diego and Giovinco together? What, is it some kind of secret that he doesn't want to show the world?!
- Grygera in Zebina out when we are down 2-0, why?
- Diego off, why?
- No Giovinco at all?
- Camoranesi, the only player with some creativity, off. WHY!?
I got huge Ranieri vibes today and I don't like that.
This is solely Ferrara's fault. he needs to prepare the team better, pick the better players, and not insist with starting out of form players, and more importantly he better starts do something at match time instead of watching, he should take the off form players.. ffs which manager used three formation in one match? Did this ever happen before?
