I really like how Ferrara thinks and uses media!
I cant wait to get a first glimpse of the team he is building.
Me either. It will be good to have a hungry team with a hungry coach who wont settle for 2nd or 3rd place.

I am also looking forward to seeing his defensive organization because inorder for us to win anything the defense has to be at its best (I do hope we get Santacroce for when Canna is gone.. Ciro can turn him into a monster to go with the Gorilla

Team of trainers made official

With a few days to go before the official start of the 2009/10 season, the technical staff driven by Ciro Ferrara has a new face. Together with deputy coach Massimiliano Maddaloni, technical assistant Dodo Sormani and goalkeeper trainer Michelangelo Rampulla there is now a team of trainers made up of three professionals who are already well known amongst the bianconeri: Massimo Neri, Claudio Gaudino and Andrea Scanavino.

While for Scanavino it is a confirmation considering his uninterrupted work with Juventus since 1999, for Neri and Gaudino it is a happy return seeing that they worked for the bianconeri in the past. More recent and more shorter is that of Neri who worked with Capello between 2004 and 2006. Gaudino’s experience in black and white is longer (from 1981 to 1999) having worked in the first team with Trapattoni (twice), Marchesi, Zoff and Lippi and in the youth sector.

Massimo Neri will be the coordinator of this new team. Claudio Gaudino will be concentrating mostly on the recovery of injured players. Andrea Scanavino will be supporting both activities and will take care of the team during the international breaks. Having returned to Juventus, Neri and Gaudino will not be leaving their posts with the national teams of England (with Fabio Capello) and Italy (with Marcello Lippi) with which he won the world cup in 2006.

Head Coach : Ciro Ferrara
Asst.Coach : Massimiliano Maddaloni
Technical Asst : Adolfo Sormani
GK Coach : Michelangelo Rampulla
Fitness Coach : Massimo Neri , Claudio Gaudino , Andrea Scanavino

I have a question, what do you think of Massimiliano Maddaloni, is he good even though i've read a lot about him in Juventus.com still, his role is quite big so he can influence a lot Ferrara?

Atleast this year we start with a coach who we all respect and love. I hope he has an impact on the lads and brings our beloved Juve back to where we belong.

The CR lovers?
Lets just bring CR as his assistant, he might learn a thing or two from Ferrara!!:alen:

Santacroce would be a soft counter to our RB liabilty issues and at the same time would make the acquisition of Canna having a lot more sense than it does now!

It would turn our current RB+CB choices, from risky quick fixes to a mastermind plan, with one blow!!

I just hope that our board listens ti Ferrara's requests and satisfy them!

Mourinho gets 10m? That's sick. Ciro has a a way lower salary then I expected, but then again, he isn't the type that would demand more.

Their coach doesnt have a proper coaching license, was the assistant manager, until he gets it, cant be officially their coach (then again, Leonardo isnt finished with his either, studying for it right now).

He was not in a position to demand a high wage in the end getting the Juve job was far more important,a succesful stint equals a very handsome pay rise.
