Wow, so difficult....
Im being passionist here.... cuz i really want him to make it to the bench next season.... Im very sure he can take out the best fo our players.... but at the same time is obvious that he is just too inexperienced to lead a team of this caliber.
He will be facing wise coaches and very dificult situations that just experience can give you the proper weapons to deal with. But also, apart from our problems in defense... the obvious reason for our drop in form is a lack of confidence in our players....

If Ciro can find the rigth formations and above all get the best ofour players.. we will not need much to recover our form and our points.

This doesnt change the fact that appointing Ferrara is risky business..... but at least im very sure he will try to field the best and most promising players....

In the end of the day.. i think he has a much better judgement than Ranieri.... which in my opinion was kind of goofy (just by his subs in games and his post-game interviews u can notice this), and that is clearly an improvement.

2 Thing he did:

1. Get rid of the retarded offside trap tactic, that nobody uses, and cost us like million goals.

2. One touch possession football. No one was making more than 2 touches max.
