I don't understand how people can blame Ferrara. It was always going to be difficult to integrate 5 new players as well as change the formation. And the management didn't make it any easier. If they signed a winger instead of Diego then they could have continued playing a 4-4-2. Then Ferrara wouldn't have had to change the entire tactical set up. Diego is a great player, but its going to take time to integrate him and the new formation.
he had to change the setup ? no, he did not have too. we had no big player sales that would forbid to play on the 4-4-2. if you replace something you should make sure that the new thing is better than the old.

if ciro really had at least plan A with a formation he wants to play, than we would not be in the situation we are right now. he seems to have a weak character if he changes his mind so often. its clear that this does not even help at all.

stick to one formation and tell every player exactly what you want from him, where he is supposed to move and play the ball and things like this dont happen.

with the player quality we have it should be possible to play nearly every formation at least that good, that we would overcome 80% of the teams in the league. only inter can boast a better squad quality and depth and could also play many formations, the other teams have crap quality players and still beat us.

and please stop to cry about our weak/mediocre players! the teams that defeated us would gladly take ANY of our weakest players and put him in the first team !

if ferrara had a game plan and clearly instructed the players what to do in the formation, than we would perhaps one or two players that would not play that well, because the position does not fit them so good, but right now all players run clueless and ciro does not seem to intervene at all ... he clearly seems to have these glasses from the simpsons episode, where he could see the world though the eyes of a drunk.

Ferrara had also wanted a regista and the management failed to get him that. So now Ciro needs to discover a tactical set up that works with the players he has instead of playing the one he originally planned.
so you make it seem like it is part of his character/mindset that he never has a plan B and always hopes for his wiered plans to work...

ha ha, i bet a 5 year old would beat him in chess

The problem is more complicated than changing the coach.
We are just spectators not informed about a single thing off the pitch.
We don't even know what's happening in the locker room.

This guy is the biggest joke, seriously. You were a great defender for us but you are a disaster of a coach. Not only could we be 11 points behind Inter and 4 behind Milan tonight but he's actually going back to the useless 4-3-1-2. I wonder what formation we can expect against Bayern Munchen? 5-2-1-2?

Right now you look like the biggest joke.

Forza Ferrara.
