It probably would get desensitised, since it's so sensitive for uncircumcised men when the foreskin is retracted. Imagine how painful it would be if the head stayed as sensitive as ever, and there was no skin to protect it

I see what you're getting at, but since the foreskin is retracted during sex anyway, I don't see how it makes a difference. On the other hand, circumcision naturally causes the head to become less sensitive.
