No deal? Surely that depends on his salary.
For all we know Liverpool are looking at this £8m (which is about €9,6m) as part of this year's budget. Meaning that that amount will be used to fund the transfer & 1 year of salaries. The next seasons (in terms of salaries) could be calculated from next seasons' budgets.
