In terms of formation and the type of player that Juve need next to Sissoko and Melo, Tiago is a far more suitable player. Poulsen does not add anything to the skills that those two have. I also think some of you are being quite harsh on Tiago...before he got injured in the match against Inter Tiago and Sissoko were playing quite well together and we had not lost in a while.
EXACTLY!!!! :agree:

just because he didn't score or make the spectacular play/pass ppl sem to forget how efficient the midfield was running while he was in there with momo

Tiago also played decently well against Chelsea.

I know but he can still play as a DM. But in that case so can Marchisio. But my point is that we have too many to cover a single position. At this rate, we could throw bodies at them like the Soviet Union in the DM position.

What exactly has Camo done lately besides getting sent off
He actually was creative in our midfield.... oh, you want me to remind you what 'creative' means?

Actually neither Camo nor Tiago deserve to start ahead of Marchisio. Based on their performances last season, and their contribution to the team, both Tiago and Camo should be far behind Marchisio in the pecking order.

I sincerely hope Ferrara plays whoever is in form, and is not infused or infected with the Lippi "favoritism bug"

Juventus may well have found a buyer for outcast Christian Poulsen, as Barcelona have reportedly offered £13m.

The Danish midfielder was signed a year ago, but Coach Ciro Ferrara confirmed today that he is not in the plans for the new campaign.

“I spoke to Poulsen and made my point of view very clear,” said the tactician. “It is in any case pleasing to see someone train so diligently every day despite being in this difficult situation.”

Now according to Spanish newspaper ‘Sport,’ Barcelona have pinpointed Poulsen as the right alternative to Liverpool’s Argentine Javier Mascherano.

He turned down a proposal from Turkish outfit Fenerbahce last week, but would be far more amenable if the bid were to come from the European Champions.

Juventus could pocket the £13m and re-invest that into a striker or left-back.

Yes this I know, but if it wasn't a rumor then why wouldn't we accept the Barca offer? It was strange providing both rumors were true that we would accept an offer half as much. I wasn't questioning barca check book. I was questioning how the media can get such a high offer than such a smaller one.
