Even when he's better than the rest of the DMs, its because the whole team is having a shitty season and him being better than the rest isn't saying much

I'd take a player consistent player everyday of the week over a player putting in a heroic performance once in a while...

Right now Poulsen should be a sure starter in a team like ours. More complete player than both Melo & Sissoko.
