    ....as i said only for 20mio +...:greedy::cool::greedy:

    and who would give 20 mil for a 32 yrs old midfielder who is ready to retire after two years?

    even abramovich wouldn't do that ;)

    i'd be damn pissed if we dont buy BIG, i mean BIGGGG!!! :fero:
    I would like to see -- and knowing Moggi, this is the only thing that will happen -- us buying smart, first and foremost. And definitely "big" in terms of team impact, growth potential, etc.

    What I don't want to see is "big" in terms of costly contracts for marquis players that are past their peak, overpriced, and/or detrimental to a team spirit (e.g., Vieri on all three counts).

    I agree with mr Cugnetto! :D

    We could easily get £20m from Chelsea if we press them hard enough, or at least a good exchange deal

    well Tom, Mr Cugnetto knows his stuff mate. he is a guru:D

    With 20mil euros we could get Ibrahimovic and still have money left
    Or better yet, just buy Gilardino and use some money to buy van der Vaart, along with a whole new back line.

    Exactly. If we sell Trez and Nedved this season, expect us to buy big like when we sold Zizou

    Right on! Ferrari, Mexes, van der Vaart, Jankulovski, and Gilardino could be this summer's version of Buffon, Thuram, Nedved, and Salas.

    Please don't equate Gilardino with Salas though :D

    I'd be satisfied with Mexes, Ferrari, Rosicky, Jankulovski and Gilardino

    Is that too much to ask? :p

    100 % agree.

    Becchi, I really like your posts! You should become a Transfer-guru like Moggi or a manager!
