Wonderful commitment from the players today.

Every now and again sheer force of will can overcome technical deficiencies.

What a game, what a performance!! I forgot how nerve wracking the champions league is!

When it went 2-1 and we were sitting so deep, I didn't think that we would hang on, but we defended brilliantly!

Any of the guys up for man of the match could have won it but for me it was Amauri.

Chiellini - The guy is World Class

Sissoko - Kamikaze at times, but he just never stopped running, i remeber one when he made a sliding tackle on the edge of the Real box, they managed to break and he was the first one to make the next tackle on the edge of our box.

Nedved - You can tell how much the Champions League means to him, fantastic!

Molinaro - Credit where its due, he was great. Is it just me or did his crossing even improve.

Del Piero - Lives for these kind of games, always produces the magic!

Amauri - MOM, a goal, an assist, held the ball up superbly, helped out the defence. Real couldn't handle him, the guy is so strong they were just bouncing off him!

Neddy should play in the middle from now on. He doesn't need pace to play there, yet he has enough experience and determination to be good there, as he showed today.
i have to politely disagree here cecause i don't think his discipline is well suited enuff to play consistently in the middle, maybe a part time like today when it is really needed. & even today we was caught ball watchin and out of postion on a few plays givin momo double work

but we won so who cares?! :flag:

Here's a thought. Manninger, where were you 3 years ago? We've been suffering with Chimenti. You're the keeper we should have had since Rampulla!

another thing, usually I'm pessimistic, but I always thought we'd win today. we've always had heart, and we can pull through despite the fact we're not the best team

What a game! Del Piero does it again, what a man! :)
All 14 players did great but Sissoko, Amauri, Del Piero, Nedved, Chiellini and Molinaro were immense.
That first goal will go down in history. One of Ale's greats.
I'm so happy. Forza Juve!!!

..

I'm not happy with the performance, despite the win. It was a bad Real team.

Manniger(sp?) is horrible from set-pieces/crosses. He never comes out of goal, always has the wishfull thinking of the ball going over or wide, while standing in the goal like a clueless clown.

determination 2 - 1 tactics
i would rather say Detemination 2 - 1 Stars with Skills

it never looked like schuster was making a genius sub that ended in a masterplan which took our balance ...

i really don't rate schuster after this ... look what stars he has and he was not able to do anything ... it was just like "ok, starplayer x did not do then i'll throw in another starplayer y" without any sense

would it have been ranieri, everbody would have bashed him for not bringing robben and drenthe earlier to rip our flanks apart ...

now look how much van der vaart did ... all you who claim those players would help when a team has eleven men behind the ball ... even with tons of star players they did not do much ...
