Congrats with the win my fellow juve fans...!!!

But this is seriously worrying... Look at the stats:

Juve - Real

30.3% Possession 69.7%
10 Shots 18
5 Shots on target 5
2 Saves 1
3 Corners 1
13 Fouls 15
4 Offsides 6
1 Yellow cards 0
0 Red cards 0
28 Tackles 21
191 Accurate passes 534
64 Bad passes 104
\

We were up 1 0 against them in the first 6 mins. They were obviously going to attack and we were clearly going to defend. The stats aren't worrying, they are very much expected.

We can't dominate possession against Napoli, you think we can do so against Real Madrid?

I think the keys to Juve's success lie to players' hands. Sissoko and Chiellini. When these guys put up their A game, I would not want to be the team facing Juve.

I was watching the game tonight next to a Real Madrid fanatic. This guy hates the very existence of Juve and the Italian game. He would make fun of me for 2 seasons because I had to watch serie B and couldn't watch the C.L.

Man did I rub it in tonight :D

We made Madrid play our game. The majority of their shots came from outside the box, because we were constantly closing down space. A misleading stat, since all they could conjure up were half chances.

As for possession and passess, to accomplish more in less just shows how how efficient we were.

There is nothing to be worried about after tonight. Considering the injuries, we were fantastic. Our best build up play all season. Even our fb's contributed effectively when we pushed up.

i think most of you will agree that ranieri has nothing to do with the performance of our players ... it was all their determination that saw us through ....

if it is like that, than that has to mean that he was not solely responsible for the losses we did suffer, because if our team did have that determination against napoli, then we surely would not have lost there and the other games neither.

sad it had to be a big opponent for our boys to regain their winner and "never say die" attitude

wow, what a big win for you guys.

I have to say, Sissoko was a fuckin monster today, he closed down and tackled hard and gave the Real midfield a hard time.

And once again DP shows that he's a big game player.

the greatest thing about our performance 2nite was that it brought back memories of the old juve..juve's stock-in-trade is not jogo bonito or sexy football..our greatest strength is mental, when we r up for it(n often when we r up against it as well!) we r indomitable..the performance of alex, momo, grygera, molinaro, amauri n nedved 2nite was 100% grinta n that was why we won...if we can play with it more consistently and find a way to stop the injury hoodoo, then great things await us...

2ndly,the fans were AWESOME 2nite...vociferous for 90+ minutes, whistles(perhaps unfairly?) for cannavaro n the noise as the final whistle approached..they were the 112th man 2nite n deserve some credit as well ...

the celebrations @ the end?...PRICELESS..that's the juventus us fans live for..more of the same please!!

sally inzaghi n omair will not be the only ones sporting juve jerseys in school 2morrow!

a nite 2 remember..thanx guys

I would kill for a video that shows the players' reaction when the whistle was blown. Tears literally came out of my eyes at that moment. All the pressure during the whole game... a whole big RELIEF just washed over me, can't imagine what the players felt.
