We are even better. Ranieri is doing what Capello wasn't able of doing. Players playing with their hearts, giving their 200% and determination till the very last second.
I don't care about our current position in Serie A, but we are 2nd if we want to look at it, and looking at our squad and since the title isn't over, oh yes we are more ahead from where we were couple of years ago.
Respect to Ranieri
Respect to these youngsters and of course our old guard.

We put in a good effort, it just wasn't enough. We shot ourselves in the foot by not scoring an away goal. Our cautious approach during the opening 20+ min in an overall evenly matched 1st leg ultimately cost us.
Our return to Europe is something we can build on. We got this far with an injury crisis, and with the CL money being invested in the summer, our chances of a final appearance next yr are not as unrealistic as they were this season.
Lastly, Seba had some great touches tonight, and did a good job as a sub against world class players while a man down. His performance tonight was positive, and if used consistently over an entire season we will only see better. He was getting some stick after the Torino match and he responded well tonight.

Trez made a goal and had one very good header that Cech saved brilliantly.
Trezeguet is still every inch the top striker he has always been.
Just a pity that the teams heart can't quite make up for their technical deficiencies.

i know it hurts to lose but i want ranieri to remain, we played really good game and its all because of ranieri.
im starting to believe in him because of the players he had this season with all the injuries and everything he dealt with them very well and played some good football that we didnt see even in capello all star team.
all i want to say thank you ranieri to bring the best out of this team with all the injuries and second class players and hope you do much better the next season with a better players.

According to the Italian commentators, Chiellini got the second yellow when he went to apologize to Drogba on the ground, I didn't see any sort of reaction from Giorgio.
Really proud of the team.

i havent really seen many games with Capello in charge, but i did manage to see a few CL games on TV many years ago, and i certainly know what you mean. i can't imagine what the 200% contribution with better players wud've been like! Secco to blame i guess. but i hope the peanuts worth of money we get from participating in the CL so far will help the cause!

“Regret and disappointment are obviously overpowering our abilities to analyse the game right now,” said the captain after a 2-2 draw.
“We had a strong start and after the goal Chelsea began to come back at us, which is understandable as they are such a good team.
“Unfortunately, if we had gone into the break 1-0 up then I fear it would've been a very different game.”
Juventus go out of the Champions League 3-2 on aggregate following their 1-0 first leg defeat at Stamford Bridge.
“Our regrets stretch over the 180 minutes, as I don't think we were the worst team. Chelsea are probably more accustomed than we are to clashes of this level right now,” continued Del Piero.
“We gave our heart and soul, that is the important thing, and I cannot complain about what anyone did.”
Claudio Ranieri picked a trident attack with Del Piero in a deeper role behind Iaquinta and David Trezeguet.
“I was happy to take this position and I think we did fairly well. I'm not accustomed to this role any more and so it was difficult to find space, but all of Juve played well tonight.
“It wasn't easy to attack Chelsea, as they were very covered in defence and never really pushed forward with the full-backs.”
