Few things in mind before we play this game....

1- Lets win this game for Pavel.

2- Lets do it for our old guards (Ale, Gigi, Pavel, David, Mauro etc) for sticking with us in good and bad times.

3- Lets make history.

Chelsea's away goal will be the proverbial stake in our hearts.....

mark my words !!!
:frown:

You wrote this to have an excuse to come later on and tell us, I told you so, or you'll actually cheer for Chelsea to score an away goal?

as much as i'd like to agree with you, now is the time my realist side comes out and i'm gonna have to say that this match will end 0-1 Chelsea and 2-0 on aggregate

but if we do win i will do a pants off dance off like no one has ever seen and post that shit on youtube

if we will play 4-4-2 giovinco is a must...we need a goal !
Not really, nedved is in good form so as long as he continues this I'm sure he can create, plus he's playing for his dream here, there is no way giovinco is ready to take to the field against Chelsea for 90 mins. mind you, in what is sure to be an extremely physical match.

some of You suggested Gio might start, but knowing Ranieri, he has no balls to do that. We need to win and want my team to push from the 1st minute. I hate it when in big matches we are trying only in the last 10 minutes.

Buffon
Grygera-Mellberg-Chiellini-Molinaro
Sissoko-Tiago-Marchisio
Nedved
Trezeguet-Del Piero
Looking at that formation, which would be one of the better we can come up with, one has to admit that in terms of sheer quality we are nowhere near Chelsea.

Agreed. That's why I'm hoping our crowd are going to go fucking mental and intimidate Chelsea and inspire our players to play the best game of their lives which is exactly what we'll need if we want to progress.

he can play on marchionni's spot...but marco had very good game on stamford so i'll guess he and nedved will start..if things go wrong and one of them won't be up in the game helping offensively then gio would surely help (no to brazzo)

I'd take 3 strikers on the bench.
But no why would you go and put gio in a position which he has never played in for the biggest match of our season, it's downright foolish. Giovinco is not the messiah and people should stop making out he is. If he can't have good games against the likes of Palermo (the one we lost) then essien will absolutely murder him.
