Well according to the guy on SS who was on our panel, who played in Turkey a while ago he said that there was weather like this in Winter back when he was playing. This isn't some freak 'act of god' this is an uncommon but entirely possible scenario.

They are in a UEFA competition, and should have the equipment to ensure that $#@! like this doesn't ruin games in the UEFA competition.
