Watching the highlights of the remaining teams in the UCL and then comparing it to our style of football is like watching a different sport. Even my wife commented "it's like they are actually trying to score and win the game".
Our attacking football has improved from last season, i don't find it boring as much, especially when the opposition are not all clogged up in their half.

I still wonder that as well..

Big statement win from Bayern.

Szczęsny just had an incredible game for Barca against Benfica.

What a night for goalkeepers - Alisson also had a monster performance.

Feyenoord 0 - 2 Inter
Bayern Munich 3 - 0 Bayer Leverkusen
Benfica 0 - 1 Barcelona
PSG 0 - 1 Liverpool

How do Inda match up against this Bayern team? Not watched a single minute of Bayern but yesterday was a pretty convincing result it seems

Watched the extended highlights of PSG vs Pool. PSG have really quality players. Kvara will thrive there he was so dangerous. Pool were completely dominated and bailed by Allison.

Also interesting: Slot said: All underlying stats showed that PSG are the best team in the CL despite the league table. They faced the largest number of big teams and still maintained the best underlying stats. He talks about it extensively below

I wonder how many coaches at the highest level review the underlying performance data of the opposition so closely. Surely must be something the new generation of coaches do eh?
