Inter have not been tested yet at all, no domestic challenge, and they finished behind Sociadad in a weak group. Atletico were crap in the first leg, but I expect this game to be better. Juventus always lost to second tier teams after we became accustomed to beating bums in Serie A. I think Inter will get a reality check soon enough, perhaps not tonight, but in the next round for sure. To be a top tier club you need to consistently make it to the later stages of CL. That said, Marotta and Inzaghi have a very capable team now.

There aren't that many top sides in Europe at the moment so they are a challenger by default of that, and having made the finalist year despite finishing 3rd in the league.

City and Madrid are clearly ahead of them. After that I'm not sure they aren't 50-50 with everyone else. That's the level overall but this is a competition without Liverpool, without a competitive Man Utd, Chelsea, Juventus, and a relatively mediocre Barcelona and Bayern (but who can beat anyone on a given day).

Anything can happen to any team but the best ones are Madrid, City, and Inter.

Barca will lose the moment they face an organized team. Last night Napoli-Barca looked well below the level of other top teams. With how easy Napoli was opening them up a clinical team would have knocked them out.

Bayern are in half a crisis even with their stacked squad.

PSG can be a surprise imo. Much less talent than before, maybe that help them in the end, definitely not favorites though.

Didnt see the video but I have seen enough of Inzaghi - For me he is the coach that got away. I liked his style before he went to Inter then he went there and played his style of football with them.

For me they are one of the favorite to win the CL. They have Real Madrid and City ahead of them but Inter are definitely a serious team as much as I hate to admit it.

Anyway I saw the Napoli result which means we won our little Scudetto (qualifying to club world cup). Funny that our achievement didnt even come from our doing...
How come not our doing? We have collected more points than other teams, or did someone offer us the coefficient points without playing at all?

Any thoughts about Barca playing a 17 year old CB against Oshimhen in their 3-1 win against Napoli yesterday? Pau Cubarsi turned 17 this Jan :oops2:

Madrid missing Courtois, Militao and Alaba… still strong but not at their best

We had a lot of young and great cb's, usually all of them ended up 26 years old in serie B, or sold to tottenham. Except the one and only fossil rugani. Our club have different mentality than barca. They are great with young players.
