We could be in trouble. It depends on which Juve shows up, and which players are available. If we go into the match against Benfca without Pogba, Di Maria and Chiesa, we're fucked.

The prospect of playing a full force PSG without them having the pressure of a KO round against our crippled squad will likely be a huge reality check that would have been better avoided this early into the season and which might have long term consequences on the confidence and morale of the team…

Or maybe ofc we can always hope Messi or Mbappe if not both suddenly break their legs and miss the games too, then it might balance out for sure. :D

Maybe someone can send and infiltrate Allegri’s hammer to some of PSG’s training sessions.

Vertonghen and Otamendi are going to have the games of their lives against us, some people need to watch and learn.
Vertonghen is benched already by 21yo brazillian Morato. I watched him live actually week ago when they played Dynamo Kyiv and guy looked amazing, skilled, strong CB. Probably another starlet that Benfica will sell for 40m+ in the coming years.

Glad about Inter’s group btw, they will sure get a spanking too, i actually hope they get that 3rd place to qualify for the Europa League knockouts to ensure that they play more games and don’t rest midweek.

Benfica knocked out Barca last season didn't they?

I have very low expectations. Passing the group should be seen as a success here..

Some of y'all acting like inte*isti. Already submitting to PSG and Benfica. Get a hold of yourselves.

Submission levels steadily rising since Sarri-Pep summer and at all time high now.

We were eliminated by Lyon, Porto and Villareal in 3 consecutive seasons, hardly giants of the modern game.

We, as a club, have regressed, and we are definitely not in the top tier anymore - I honestly don't think we're a top 8 club in Europe.

You can be delusional and blindly optimistic if you wish, but a CL first-round exit is a distinct possibility. I rate our chances of finishing first @ 15% and 2nd @75%, but there's actually a real risk of elimination (I'd say 25%).
