Some interesting tidbits:

- We lose a 21 point season after this year.
- Chelsea, Liverpool, and Barcelona are losing 29-30 point seasons after this year.
- Tottenham losing 26 point season, with their last three seasons being 16/15/5 so a massive drop for them.

Can’t believe we’re below Man United :sergio:
That’s what losing in the round of 16 three times in a row will do to you.
Their 20/21 Europa League victory gave them their most points as they got points from CL group stage then points from the run up to winning Europa League. Also, their 19/20 points total includes pushing to the Europa League semi-finals.

There are very few situations where Europa League brings more points than a Round 16 exit and winning Europa League is one of those situations.

United last won the Europa League in 2017 under Mourinho (their last trophy). In 2021 they made it to the final but lost on penalties to Villareal.

But overall their deep runs in the Europa League have definitely contributed to them leapfrogging us in the rankings.

This is not the year to have any expectations at all. There are too many teams far stronger than us, if we punch above our weight quarterfinals will be good, semis will be fantastic

Just bought a Shakhtar home group matches package (they'll play in Warsaw). Just 47eur for 3 games. :weee:
Hopefully they'll draw Juve now.
Too bad they sold almost all the foreigners tho.

Watching The Rangers play just now...I fuckin hate them right, but that's what a team with a plan, a system and an identity looks like. Their passing game is a million years ahead of ours (Juve's). If we get them in the groups I'd be genuinely worried.

I said the same thing when friends asked me who I will cheer for if Juve ever plays Qarabağ.
I'm a Celtic fan and went to the game in Glasgow when we played them.

Awful and confusing experience, do not recommend.
